We feel it is important for our clients to know exactly where they stand when it comes to money with this in mind we operate a transparent and competitive fee structure, what we quote is what you pay there are no hidden or upfront costs. Clients can choose from either a tenant find only service or full management, the fees for each service are listed below:
Fully Managed Package 11% of the monthly rent including VAT
Tenant Find Only Fixed Fee £500.00 including VAT
Unlike most agents we have no added charges. On a fully managed contract our landlords don't pay for any of the following as the services are included within the package.
